Get the Formula: Lana Del Rey's Molten Mink

Lana Del Rey made a splash at Paris Fashion Week with her hair darker than it's been in years — a deep, multidimensional warm brunette created by her longtime colorist Tracey Cunningham.

The color, which Cunningham dubbed "Molten Mink," is a throwback to the singer-songwriter's 2012 era, when she traded her ginger locks for a dark raven hue.

Del Rey signed autographs and posed with fans outside the the Valentino and Zimmermann shows, which she attended wearing the fashion houses' designs.

Cunningham, the U.S. Creative Director of Color & Technique for Schwarzkopf Professional, created the warm, cocoa-and-espresso blend using the brand's IGORA demi-permanent color line and setting it off with a deep root and glossy finish.

In Paris, Del Rey's hair was styled in long, cascading glamour waves.
