Bella Hadid made a surprise return to the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show with her walk fierce and her hair in a tawny gold “Supermodel Blonde” created by celebrity colorist Jacob Schwartz.
Hadid, whose appearance was unannounced prior to the show, modeled two looks — one a spicy red satin lingerie set with a voluminous cape, the other a silver metallic fringed bra and briefs set off by plush, oversized white wings.
It was Hadid’s fifth appearance in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, including her debut as a runway model in the lingerie giant’s 2016 show.

Hadid was already rocking a dimensional bright blonde from her “Ethereal Roots” fragrance campaign earlier this summer. Schwartz, the Schwarzkopf Professional U.S. Hair Color Trend Ambassador and OLAPLEX Global Ambassador, only had to make a few adjustments to give her blonde gradual lightness through the ends as well as depth, warmth, and effortless runway polish.
Using the brand’s IGORA line, Schwarz softened and blended Hadid’s base with a subtle break and smudge to gently lift her natural color, creating a darker golden tone. He finished the look with an overall gloss.
